SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

All items are processed and shipped with 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Priority orders will be processed by the next day while express orders will be processed immediately. Orders may be delayed if we are experiencing high volume of orders. In such cases, please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered. 

We will contact you via the email used to submit your order if there will be significant delays in shipping your order. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

The shipping rate will be calculated based on weight and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard shipping is 5-7 business days
  • Priority shipping 3-4 business days
  • Express mail 1-2 business days 

RETURN POLICY

We DO NOT offer refunds. We only offer returns for EXCHANGES within 7 BUSINESS DAYS. All CLEARANCE items and PRE-ORDER items are FINAL SALE.
Items returned for exchanges must meet these requirements:
  • Be in original condition (not altered) as during purchase
  • Not damaged, worn or washed
  • Ensure tags still attached
  • Be returned in original packaging if possible
  • Be fragrance/odor free
  • Be mailed within 72 hours of delivery
Please keep your purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
For any issues or to start a return, please email info@shoptouus.com within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). We encourage you to contact us with any issues you have to see how we can resolve it before asking for a return (exchange). Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping cost of your return. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This will enable us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
